D\u00e9roulement d’une s\u00e9ance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Une s\u00e9ance dure environ une heure et se d\u00e9roule en 3 temps : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Echange avec le sophrologue afin de mieux vous conna\u00eetre et suivre votre \u00e9volution<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Les exercices de relaxation dynamique<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Partage de vos ressentis apr\u00e8s les exercices <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Pas besoin de tenue vestimentaire sp\u00e9cifique pour pratiquer la sophrologie. Vous serez guid\u00e9(e) par ma voix afin de r\u00e9aliser des exercices accessibles \u00e0 tous et adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 vos besoins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
